A complete property refurbishment. This included interior strip-out, new mechanical and electrical installation, new hardwood flooring, bespoke joinery and new doors, plus floating raft effect concealed plasterboard suspended ceilings. There were also new walls and ceiling finishes, plus refurbishment of two bathrooms and the kitchen.
