Klimstar has been working with architects, developers and private clients to deliver stunning residential prime and super-prime building projects since 2006.
Properties are located across London, including prime areas such as Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Westminster, St John’s Wood, Hampstead, Fulham and Chelsea. We have also delivered projects in Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Hertfordshire and other locations in the south-east.

Our founder
The driving force leading Klimstar is its founder and CEO, Damian Klimek, who personally oversees each project.
His goal has always been to provide a professional service that delivers our clients’ individual visions, with communication and collaboration at the core of every project.

Our full-time construction professionals are all qualified and highly experienced. We can also call on hand-picked specialists to meet all needs, including security experts and environmental consultants.

Guarantee
All work is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Some elements come with extended guarantees. Basements, have a 15-year waterproofing guarantee. Upon request, we can provide an insurance-backed guarantee for all structural work.
Insurance
We have Public and Products Liability insurance, each to a maximum of £5 million. We are insured as general builders and as underpinning contractors. We also have full Employers Liability Insurance for £10 million and Professional Indemnity Insurance for £1m.
Health & Safety
We have our own company Health & Safety policy, reviewed annually, which exceeds the statutory recommendations. It covers working practices, work environments, training and supervision of employees, accident prevention and other areas.
