This involved a complete transformation of the property from top to bottom, making it much bigger, more desirable, and far more valuable.

• Retrofit basement- from what was just a very small cellar under part of the hallway, we created a magnificent 130 ^m2 basement with a head height of 2.6m, spanning the entire house perimeter and part of the garden.This included three light-wells plus stairs leading to the garden. The interior was arranged into a bedroom with En-suite bathroom, large playroom, utility room and WC.
• House extensions – including a two-storey side, single storey rear and dormer loft conversion, to massively extend the living space.
• Full refurbishment- including new mechanical/electrical installations throughout, complete with AV and CCTV. Also new windows and doors throughout, four new bathroom installations, new kitchen installation and refurbished bedrooms with bespoke wardrobes.
• Gardens – transformation and landscaping of both the front and rear gardens.
